Multifunctional Building

The project, which involves the construction of several residential units and public spaces dedicated to commercial activities, is stylistically characterised by simple, linear geometric shapes which, thanks to the use of natural/textured materials such as wood, steel, Corten steel, stone and plaster, contribute to harmoniously integrating the project into the natural context, while giving the entire complex a contemporary and recognisable identity.

The simply plastered façades of the building are thus enriched by a second skin made of vertical wooden profiles, which unfold decoratively on part of the walls, gradually acquiring the function of sunshades and parapets for loggias/terraces, integrating compositionally with a specially designed metal planter module.

A dynamic architecture that interacts intimately and privileged with the surrounding nature.
